Fresh Artisan Bread – Ingredients & Ordering
Our sourdough bread contains the following ingredients: Flour, Water, Natural Sourdough Starter and Salt.
Each loaf is baked fresh and allowed to cool naturally to maintain its structure and flavour. Because this is a naturally fermented bread, slight variations in appearance and crust colour may occur — this is completely normal and part of authentic artisan baking.
Our Italian sourdough bread is available for collection from our Bedford shop. If you would like to place a larger order or require bread at shorter notice than shown online, please call us and we may be able to accommodate your request.
For best quality, we recommend consuming our sourdough within 48 hours. It can also be sliced and frozen to maintain freshness.
