We bake each loaf fresh and allow it to cool naturally to maintain flavour and structure. Because we use natural fermentation methods, slight variations in appearance and crust colour occur naturally. However, these differences form part of authentic artisan baking.

You can order our Italian sourdough bread for collection from our Bedford shop. If you need a larger order or require bread at shorter notice, please call us directly. We may still accommodate your request depending on availability.

For the best quality, we recommend consuming our sourdough bread within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can slice and freeze the bread to maintain freshness for longer.
