How we make Paste secche
We make paste secche by using the following ingredients; ground almond, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and water.
Our bakers then top each almond biscuits with one of the following four toppings; red glace cherries, green glace cherries, almonds or coffee beans.
We sell our paste secche by weight; you can buy 250g, 500g, 750g or 1kg of the almond biscuits. If you would like to buy a bigger weight than this, please give us a call.
