Eggless Sponge Icing Cake
We make an eggless sponge and offer a choice from a variety of cream fillings.
We make three layers of sponge and fill with two layers of cream.
Our bakers then seal the cake with an icing finish along with decorations
We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.
Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.
Eggless sponge icing cake
Eggless sponge cake does not contain eggs.
If you cannot or do not eat eggs because you are Vegan, for religious reasons or because you are allergic or intolerant to eggs then an eggless sponge cake is for you. We use alternative ingredients instead of eggs to make the cake.
As opposed to a standard Eggless sponge cake, Eggless sponge icing cakes are usually popular for grander and more formal occasions.

For our Eggless sponge icing cake, we provide the option of a number of cream fillings. These are jam and buttercream, lemon curd and buttercream and chocolate buttercream. We also offer chocolate orange cream, chocolate fudge cream, double chocolate cream, nutella double chocolate cream and nutella cream spread.
