Italian Sponge Icing Cake.

We make a traditional, light, fat-free Italian sponge and offer a choice from a variety of cream fillings.

We make three layers of sponge sandwiching two layers of cream.

Our bakers then seal the cake cake with an icing finish and decorations.

We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.

Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.

Italian sponge icing cake

Italian sponge cake (also known as Pan di Spagna) is the ideal cake to celebrate a birthday or another special occasion, or for a party.

An Italian sponge icing cake is usually popular for bigger or more formal occasions.
