We make a rich Victoria sponge and offer a choice from a variety of cream fillings.

We make three layers of sponge and fill with two layers of cream.

Our bakers then seal the cake with an icing finish and decorations.

We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.

Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.

Victoria sponge icing cake

The Victoria sponge was named after Queen Victoria, who is the United Kingdom’s second longest-reigning monarch. She was a regular eater of what became known as Victoria cake.

As opposed to a standard Victoria sponge cake, Victoria sponge icing cakes are usually popular for grander and more formal occasions.
