Our boxes of mixed Italian pastries are one of our most popular products at La Rondine.

We select an assortment of our most delicous pastries so that you can experience a bit of everything.

All our pastries and mignon are freshly made with the freshest ingredients to give you that authentic taste that you won’t experience anywhere else.

What cakes are in La Rondine’s box of mixed pastries?

There are 10 types of standard pastries that we make for this selection of cakes.

These are the following;

Chocolate Eclair with Italian patisserie cream.

Choux Bun with Italian patisserie cream.

Croissant with Italian patisserie cream and sprinkled with flaked nuts. Drizzled in dark chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.

Sfogliatella. Neapolitan shell-shaped filo pastry filled with semolina, ricotta and mixed peel. Baked and dusted with icing sugar.

Rum Baba. Dough-like cake soaked in rum-flavoured syrup with rum added afterwards.

Zuppetta. Italian sponge sandwiched by puff pastry and Italian patisserie cream. Soaked in strega and dusted with icing sugar.

Chocolate Sport. Puff pastry biscuits with chocolate patisserie cream and a sponge soaked in rum alcohol inside. Dusted with icing sugar and cocoa powder.

Cream Horn. Horn-shaped puff pastry with Italian patisserie cream. A red cherry on top and dusted with icing sugar.

Chocolate Cannoli. Puff pastry cannoli with chocolate patisserie cream, vermicelli and dusted in icing sugar and cocoa powder.

Sicilian Cannoli with Italian patisserie cream. Sprinkled with flaked nuts and dusted with icing sugar.

Number of Italian pastries

These 10 cakes described above are what we will generally use for our assortment of mixed pastries. We will divide the number of pastries that are ordered by 10 to ensure an equal mix of pastries.

However, on rare occasions, we will also add in some other special pastries that we make, which we can ensure will be just as – if not more – tasty!

All of these pastries are available in either small or large.

All cakes that you order from us should be stored in a refrigerator until they are ready to eat.

We recommend consuming our Italian cream pastries within 48 hours of purchase and our fresh cream pastries within 24 hours of purchase.

When transporting and storing our products, please ensure they are placed in an upright position with nothing on top. We accept no liability for products damaged after you have collected or received your order.
