Description

Choux Bun with Italian Cream.

We make light balls of choux pastry and fill them with an Italian patisserie cream. We then drizzle the dough-like balls with dark chocolate and dust them with icing sugar.

Choux pastry is used to make a number of our products, including Eclairs and Profiteroles.

Our recipe consists of only the best ingredients.

Who invented Choux pastry?

The head chef of the Queen of France, Catherine de Medici, has been credited by many sources for inventing choux pastry in sixteenth century France. His name was Pantanelli or Pantarelli.

The recipe and ingredients developed over the years but Choux pastry has become a staple of French, Italian, Spanish and other cuisines around Europe and the world..

Choux Buns are also known as Bigne.

Please store our cakes in a refrigerator until they are ready to eat.

We recommend consuming our Italian cream pastries within 48 hours of purchase and our fresh cream pastries within 24 hours of purchase.
