Description

Fresh cream Horn.

We make a horn-shaped puff pastry and fill it with fresh cream and mixed jam.

Our master bakers top it with a red cherry and then dust it with icing sugar.

Our recipe consists of only the best and finely-sourced ingredients available.

The origins of the Fresh Cream Horn

Cream horns originate from Italy. The Italian word for cream horns is Cannoncini. This translates as ‘little cannons’

The creation process for cream horns is very meticulous. We roll out the puff pastry and cut it into long rectangles. Our bakers then wrap the puff pastry around pastry cones. We brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar before cooking in the oven until brown.
