We make a dairy-free sponge cake and offer the choice from a variety of dairy-free cream fillings.
Our bakers produce three layers of dairy-free sponge and two layers of dairy-free cream.
We decorate the top of the cake with a mixture of fruits. We will also write a personalised message on top of the cake – or on the cake board – at no extra cost, should you want one written.
For example, a Happy Birthday message. Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.
What is Dairy-Free Cake?
Dairy-free cake does not contain any animal milk in it, or any products made from milk. Some cake lovers cannot or do not eat dairy.
That could be for personal or ethical reasons, or due to religious requirements.
For others it is because they are allergic or intolerant to dairy.
That doesn’t mean they can’t still enjoy eating cakes. That’s where our dairy-free cakes come in, as we use replacement ingredients instead of dairy.
We make a delicious dairy-free Italian sponge, while we offer a host of dairy-free cream fillings.
The choice of dairy-free fillings are dairy-free cream and fruit, dairy-free cream and jam, vanilla cream, and chocolate cream.
We also offer dairy-free chocolate buttercream, and jam and buttercream. We use a dairy free cream to finish off the cake on top before adding the decorations.
Our bakers also make an Eggless cake with a variety of filling options, as well as an Eggless Vanilla sponge in an icing finish.
