Description

We make an eggless vanilla sponge cake and provide a choice from a variety of cream fillings.

Our bakers produce three layers of eggless sponge and two layers of cream.

We decorate the cake on top with a mixture of fruits.

We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.

Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.

What is Eggless Cake?

Eggless sponge cake does not contain eggs.

Some cake lovers cannot or do not eat eggs. That could be because they are vegan or as it is against their religion. For others it is because they are allergic or intolerant to eggs.

That doesn’t mean they can’t still enjoy delicious cakes. That’s where our eggless cakes come in, as we use replacement ingredients instead of eggs.

For our eggless vanilla sponge cake, we provide the option of a number of different fillings. These are Jam and Buttercream, lemon buttercream, fresh cream and fruit and fresh cream and jam. We also offer chocolate fudge cream. And also chocolate buttercream, chocolate orange cream, double chocolate cream and nutella double chocolate cream.

Our bakery handles all of the eight major food allergens; dairy, gluten, nuts, peanuts, egg, soya, sesame and sulphites.

While we do have in place procedures that cater for customers who are following a special diet or have a food allergy or intolerance, as all of our ingredients and products are stored and handled on the same site we cannot 100 per cent guarantee that there won’t be some cross-contamination.
