For our gluten free cake, we provide the option of a number of gluten free cream fillings. These are Italian vanilla patisserie cream, Italian chocolate patisserie cream, vanilla chantilly cream or. chocolate chantilly cream We also offer fresh cream and fruit, fresh cream and jam, jam and buttercream, lemon curd and buttercream or chocolate buttercream fillings. And chocolate fudge cream, chocolate orange cream, double chocolate cream or nutella double chocolate cream.

Our bakery handles all of the eight major food allergens, including gluten.
While we do have in place procedures that cater for customers who are following a special diet or have a food allergy or intolerance, as all of our ingredients and products are stored and handled on the same site we cannot 100 per cent guarantee that there won’t be some cross-contamination.
