We make a light chocolate sponge and provide a choice from a variety of cream fillings.
Our bakers produce three layers of a lighter chocolate sponge and two layers of cream.
We top the cake with chocolates and/or fruit. Around the side of the cake we decorate with chocolate hundreds and thousands.
We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.
Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.

Light chocolate sponge cakes are most suitable for fresh cream fillings, such as fresh cream and jam or fresh cream and fruit.
For our light chocolate sponge cake with cream, we provide the option of a number of different fillings. These include Fresh Cream and Fruit, and Fresh Cream and Jam. We also offer Black Forest Filling, Chocolate Chantilly cream, Double Chocolate cream, Nutella double chocolate cream and vanilla chantilly cream.
