We make a rich chocolate sponge and fill it with a luxurious pistachio and dark chocolate cream, inspired by the bold and indulgent flavours of Dubai.
Our bakers produce three layers of chocolate sponge and two generous layers of smooth filling made with premium dark chocolate, fresh whipping cream and finely blended pistachio. We carefully fold crisp, golden kunafa through the pistachio layer to add a delicate crunch that perfectly complements the softness of the sponge and the richness of the chocolate.
We finish the cake with a thin chocolate buttercream coating, creating a smooth and elegant exterior. The top is decorated with a sprinkling of crushed pistachios for a refined and eye-catching presentation.
On our celebration cakes, we also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top at no extra cost.
If you would prefer slices – consisting of two layers of sponge and one layer of filling – rather than a whole cake, we have this option available also.
Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients, including high-quality dark chocolate, real butter, supremely-sourced Kunafa and carefully selected pistachios to ensure a deep, nutty and perfectly balanced flavour.
