We make a vanilla sponge with a touch of syrup and provide a choice from a variety of cream fillings.

Our bakers produce three layers of vanilla sponge and two layers of cream.

We top the cake with a mixture of fruits.

We also offer the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.

Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.

Our vanilla sponge cakes are very popular for birthdays and celebrations.

Vanilla was invented in Mexico by the native Totonac Indians way back in the twelfth century. Hernan Cortes brought vanilla to Europe when the Spanish conquered the Aztec Empire.

It wasn’t long until vanilla sponge cake became much loved on the Old continent.

For our vanilla sponge cake with cream filling, we provide the option of two cream fillings. These are Fresh Cream and Fruit or Fresh Cream and Jam.
