Our bakers bake three layers of rich vanilla sponge and supplement with two layers of cream.
We finish and decorate the cake with a mixture of fruits.
We also provide the option of writing a personalised message on top of the cake at no extra cost.
Our recipe consists of only the best and freshest ingredients.
Victoria sponge cake for birthdays and celebrations
Victoria sandwich cake, as it is also known, has been one of the most popular cakes in England since the 19th century.
The Victoria sponge was named after Queen Victoria, who reigned as the Queen of the United Kingdom from 1837 to 1901.
Victoria was a big fan of these cakes and ate them regularly with her afternoon tea.
In our Victoria sponge, we provide the option of many cream fillings. These are Italian vanilla patisserie cream, Italian chocolate patisserie cream, Vanilla chantilly cream and Chocolate chantilly cream. Also Fresh cream and fruit, fresh cream and jam, jam and buttercream, lemon buttercream and chocolate buttercream. And chocolate fudge cream, chocolate orange cream, double chocolate cream, nutella double chocolate cream.
